opinionated alchemist stats
Thursday, 26.November 2009
I just took a bit more time, to update my blog more regularly. It seems, that a lot of people subscribed the RSS feed. As the stats goes up.
Still I don’t meet the numbers I had, when I was in Buenos Aires. Though anyway I am quite happy.
And: I am aware, that much more people could find my blog, when I would use an internet service like blogger or wordpress. But do you know what? It is quite satisfying, that my blog is not that easy to find!
So you won’t find me, if you put “pork nose or Little Red Riding Hood”.
And: I like the design of my website, which I never could achieve, without a lot of effort on other systems. Last but not least, I feel so comfortable with iWeb. Don’t want to try anything else, anymore...
If you are one of the ones, who hit around 2000 this page this year [I know it is a ridiculous small number, but these are targeted hits], THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
Here are the stats from April to date. Growing, ha?

Update: Just to make it more convenient for you, I actually tried to improve the opinionated tools, on the main page of the blog.
While a new twitter widget worked without a problem, I fell into despair of the new facebook fan box widget. I’ve tried now several hours - and I am just giving up!
Though one good thing as well: I’ve created a fan page for facebook!
Just check this out below- and please subscribe [you can click it...]!

Update: Joerg Meyer made a valid comment, that there are no numbers in the picture.
Well, for me it is a bit awkward, given the huge number of readers of other blogs.
Mine is still humble and very small.
You have really to search directly after blog, that you find it with google or bing.
That is maybe not clever - though a sustainable way to grow. At the end, it is not a mass compatible blog...
And I know, that it is more difficult to read, as a site, written black on white background.
The font [I’ve changed] is selected, because the previous one could not detected at all of web crawlers. So this is already a compromise.
Though I rather focus on the “feel” of the whole page, as on the sole practicality...
So finely here are the detailed stats:
