Just a quite short note of my plans for this website!

I need to focus on my concept for the op|alchemy; but a new knowledge section will probably have more impact! In my eyes, a comprehensive knowledge (paired with ability and attitude) is one very important part to become a good bartender.

To understand mixology you need to understand the ingredients, how they are made and the source they are made from.

I started with this topic already on an hidden path (only for my staff), but will open this section for the public, and try to accomplish a quite comprehensive content!

Further changing of the design and structure is further necessary!

So a lot of work needs to be done! Do you have any comments?
